My thirteen years of professional experience at private practice, charities, CAHMS, specialist schools and colleges have helped hundreds of clients overcome, manage or heal specifically from emotional and narcissistic abuse, relationships, neurodivergence, anxiety and depression.
My approach to therapy is warm, open-minded and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts and emotions, and feel genuinely understood.
